As an independent (you can call me a swing voter, whatever; I don't believe in an ideology). Well, maybe not... Economy is my ideology:)

I am still undecided..  I don't get republicans.  Why not run a young energetic moderate conservative of reasonable income w no personal baggage or extreme positions?  So many governors to choose from, representatives and senators, etc.  This would be a landslide.  But between the establishment candidates who lost all credibility because of Bush's administration, and the far right base panderers who are too extremist for intelligent people to support, these are just not electable people...  Obama can only f*ck up so much, you can't depend on that to win elections.  Same thing I said about dems in 2004.

I don't think so KGB.  It's more likely the young republican potentials just don't wanna run against 1 billion worth of negative ads and the total of MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC total investigative staff who will be busy like the true democratic operatives they really are, checking into every old girlfriend, relative, friend, college roommate, high school buddy, every tax return, dollar they ever spent, every loan they ever made, every group they ever joined (OMG... He was a member of the FBLA).... etc...  .... in their whole life, while they all give Obama another pass on the same subjects.  No way they can match the resources of the radical left this time around.  Our candidate will be eviscerated, or as Newt said "carpet bombed" by negative ads from the campaign and the super pacs that support them.   They simply want to avoid the blood bath and protect their families.

I do not think there are any "radical left" democrats in existence . On the issues that important to me dems and reps are very similar. They all are war mongrels that are willing to use US military to achieve economic and political dominance on the planet.

They all willing to spend way too much on defense and not enough on infrastructure , education and healthcare .....

They are all right now escalating situation with Iran to the point of no return, instead of concentrating on internal problems.

and stop crying about MSNBC/CNN/ABC etc ... your side has FOX and talk radio who combined have about the same audience as the rest. If you like free market so much then the fact that leftists have dominated Hollywood and media should be a warm and fuzzy to your heart, because they won it in a fair game.

Ouch.  Really???  Every communist and socialist, every radical cause, every social disruptive thought, is a member of the democratic party, Where have you been?  Mars? 

The democrats are against all wars, except the ones they start or get to finish.

However, I agree with you, our country should concentrate on the rebuilding of infrastructure.  Government should keep out of education and healthcare, except at the local level.  Federal involvement has only driven up costs.  Just see what happened when the feds "helped" people with tuition at college.  Tuition up, what 1000% in 20 years or so?   Mostly payroll for liberal professors who, by the way, mostly vote democrat. 

And Iran is escalating the situation all by it's little bitty extremist self.  When do YOU want to attack? When Jerusalem is a pile of nuclear ash?   Remember Munich.  Your country suffered much from the "appeasing Hitler" thought processes.  Better to kick the little bast--ds when they are little, than when it is too late.  However, in the interest of peace, which we all want, I say if they will stop trying to build a nuclear weapon to destroy Israel with, and quit threatening to close an international waterway called the Straight of Hormuz, then, yeah, we can have all the peace the world wants.  But if not, then, waiting is very dangerous.  Waiting until they have nuclear weapons will only increase the number of eventual casualties needed to stop them.

Finally, I can accept the free market forces that make the lapdog, reelect Obama media still exist.  Fair is indeed fair.  However, Fox doesn't employ political hacks to investigate Democrats like the Obama media does.  This is the point I was making.  Just ask Sarah Palin how many investigators (at one point, 50 or so) show up to find a way to trash you.  This isn't done by Fox.  Sorry to disappoint you.

I too would like to see a large increase in domestic spending instead of supporting all the upstarts in the world.  I would like to see Europe take a lead in paying to defend itself instead of relying on the American taxpayer.  Let's start there.  Course, those silly Union rules and the Democratic Party will eat up any free money created by such a move.    Got to pay those Union guys $100 or so dollars an hour for all that good work.

US education system is the worst in the industrial world. That's what this local level gave you. a child from GA can't simply go to CA and pickup right where he/she left off because curriculum is all different.
In any other country you go from one school to the other and you find exact same level on every subject...  

Due to this educational genocide US population is in complete denial of all the crimes US government has perpetrated abroad and believes everything they are told by CNN and FOX...

fox does same crap. they are all part of the same masquerade played to un-educated populace , so it may believe in their supposed freedom and democracy, while true rulers of this country - transnational corporations - do what they do best : making money on death.

US doesn't support anyone for nothing - all the support given is paid off in concessions, contracts or natural resources available to transnational corporations...

Look, the definition of "radical" is that of relativity.  If you remove 20 most radical leftists, the next 20 become most radical.  By definition.  Same thing on the right.  Somone is always radical.
