We are thinking of moving to the Atlanta area from North Carolina. My husband will be working in the north part of Atlanta, but he'll be able to work from home as often as he wants to. We are looking to settle down and buy a house somewhere in the suburbs. Can anyone advise for a house in a nice safe area with good schools in a price range around 450k after all the negotiation? Is Alpharetta a nice area to live?
We also would like to find a good realtor who knows well the area and prices, and will split her commission with us?
