fimchick, it's not nudity.. it's sex that sells..:) as far as banner goes it does grab attention but not quite sure the attention of all interested people... i would go with something like got PrivateMessage typa thing (dont have any image in mind but can try to point to some pix)..

I think that this banner will get you a lot of clicks, but I just think that for some people who would actually want to talk on the forum this will be a turnoff.

i like the banner, it's suggestive, yet not overboard, it will draw many different people (the weird ones too, but that's the goal, right ?), some of whom are looking purely for a dating or porno site, but with ability to moderate and block members few potential troublemakers won't be a problem, not to mention that folks from NY and alike forums simply won't survive here, so intelligent this site is compared to absolutely every other i've been to....inogda i hochet'sya trehetazhno rugnut'sya, da, blin, intellegentnost' zaela... btw, Kostya, ya na eto "click here" klikal do posineniya, nifiga ne vishlo, i che ya ne tak delaiu ? Esli kto to tak uzh hochet "tryohetazhno rugnut'sya" ili poiskat' ostrih oschuschenij v plane perebranok i t.d. - you are more than welcome to either even try it here, or simply go to those forums that already do that (some where mentioned here). Nash forum horosh imenno tem, chto tut interesno - besedi na raznie temi, bez tupih grubostej ili gadostej. Nichego v etom skuchnogo ili ploho otnyud' ne vizhu! Chto kasaetsya prizhivutsya ili ne prizhivutsya zdes' te ili ine lyudi... Skazhu tak - odin-dva cheloveka - net, ne prizhivutsya... No esli syuda povalyat bur'boj mudaki so vsego mira, to... Thank you for the feedback. A lot of good ideas! I will work on another ad for different demographics. I will give this banner a try on limited bases to see the response. Also, if you have any slogans, phrases, etc. that you think describe the site, please let me know. Something short and with a twist... idei: "S nami ne soskuchishsya" "Kuda nas (vetrom) zaneslo" "C privetom" "Videsh v ludi...zahodi" "Gde vse doma"

Ja soglasen s nekotorymi iz kommentov zdes', chto etot banner imeet slegka sexual ottenok i mnogie mogut istolkovat' reklamu nepravil'no. Osobenno brosajutsa v glaza slova "Hotter than ever", nu i poluobnazhennye modeli dopolnjajut kartinu. Banner dolzhen peredavat' duh foruma, to est' druzheljubnost' i aktivnost'.. Vot kak eto vizual'no peredat' - zadachka ne iz legkih :) Da, Kostya, zamet', chto na bannere nepravil'naja nadpis' "Hotter then ever", nado "Hotter than ever". Just an observation :)
